Customer service sucks. Everyone I talked to are rude. They got my money, I never got my product. They told me to deal with USPS myself. USPS told me to contact seller. The customer service is horable. I returned a muffler that was used, but was sold to me as new. The muffler had bolt marks and was scratched at every bolt hole. The cardboard box that it was shipped in was to small so the person who packaged it ripped a hole in the side for the muffler to stick out. I was never told about a 15% restock fee for returned parts til i got a refund on the muffler. I will never buy another part from them again. Yeah it my be alittle cheaper but the parts are junk, and the return manager is an idiot.
I took a chainsaw to Small Engine Warehouse in Muncie for service. It would not start. Small Engine flushed out the gas lines, replaced the fuel filter, and replaced the bar and chain. (I do not know what the Bar and Chain has to do for the engine not starting). They charge me $98.00 for their service. I took the saw home, and I tried starting it the next time I needed, and it would not start. I took the saw back, and they said it was flooded and they wanted another $33.00. I refused to pay, and the service guy tried to start the chainsaw to show me it was just flooded and it would NOT start for him, after he said it was fixed. I left it there and he replaced the spark plug wire and charged another $10.00. Guess what. it STILL WON'T START., after they had 3 attempts to fix it. I am out over $100 dollars plus, and my saw still won't start. Their service is very terrible. DONOT take anything there for repairs. They Suck. They really gouge you for parts that you really don't need, and charge for extra labor. They cannot deliver the service you pay for. A very unsatisfied customer who will tell as many people as I can, about how horrible their service IS!!!!!!!!!!.
Got an excellent deal on a replacement engine for my tiller. Engine was just as described, a bit scratched and dented as it was sold as a scratch and dent, but it was absolutely brand new, never had gas in it. I ordered on Sunday, they shipped on Monday and I had it Tuesday. By Wednesday, I was tilling again, this time with more power and easier starting than my old Gilson had ever had. I am completely satisfied with Small Engine Warehouse and will look to them first for my future needs. I also recommend them to anyone who is considering expensive repairs to small engines, it may not make sense to fix an engine at their replacement prices.
